Is it fit to work?
Health is the question an operator asks before the day starts: can I run this thing? You only get a trustworthy answer when the people closest to the asset can log what they see in seconds — so Depot makes capture the shortest path in the app.
- Guided inspections. Step-by-step checklists walk anyone through the same inspection the same way, every time — no clipboard, no interpretation.
- Pass/fail with proof. Fail a check and Depot holds you right there until a photo of the problem is attached. Failures arrive documented, not described.
- Severity that routes the work. Mark a failure low, medium or high — and higher-severity faults become assigned work orders automatically, photo already attached.

- Offline capture and sync. Basements, remote sites, dead zones: the inspection still happens, and the record catches up when the signal does.
